Mr. Michael Harris

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Harris is a Senior Business Advisor at Goodmans LLP and acts as a consultant and advisor to several Canadian companies. Prior to joining Goodmans, Mr. Harris was the Premier of Ontario from 1995 to 2002. Other boards on which Mr. Harris serves as a Director include Magna International Inc., Canaccord Capital Inc. and FirstService Corporation. He also Chairs the Board of Trustees for the Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT. As well, he serves as a Director on the Boards of the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation and the Mount Royal College Foundation and is a Senior Fellow of the Fraser Institute.

Mr. André Héroux

Mr. André Héroux is President and Chief Executive Officer of EnGlobe. Before joining our Company, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Investments, Mid-Size Business for the Caisse de dépot et placement du Québec. Prior to this, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MAAX Corporation, a leading manufacturer of bathroom and spa products.  Throughout his career, mainly within the manufacturing sector, Mr. Héroux has acquired solid knowledge of the financial and operational concerns of companies facing the challenges of growth and globalization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke, obtained at the Royal Military College Saint-Jean.

Mr. Allen Clarke

Mr. Clarke acts as a consultant to financial institutions on the design and implementation of financial products and to public companies on corporate governance. Mr. Clarke was the founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Opus 2 Financial, an e-commerce investment portfolio company. Prior to that, Mr. Clarke was Vice Chair of AGFTrust and Senior Vice President at AGF Funds responsible for marketing and new product development. Mr. Clarke was also a Director at Richardson Greenshields, where he was responsible for asset management and the Sovereign Wrap product. Mr. Clarke was the Senior Vice President, Trusts and Investments for Central Guaranty, managing the Private Client Trusts, Pension Trusts and the Corporate Trusts divisions. Mr. Clarke was a Director and Treasurer of Biotech Canada and Virtek Vision and is an Honorary Trustee of the Royal Ontario Museum.
