EnGlobe Corp. is a leading international integrated environmental services company specializing in the management of organic-based waste streams and contaminated soils, with an emphasis on beneficial reuse. EnGlobe offers cost-effective solutions to municipal, commercial and industrial clients in Canada, the northeastern United States, the United Kingdom and France through its subsidiaries: Biogénie and Celtic Technologies Ltd. for site assessment and remediation, GSI Environnement Inc. for organic waste management, and Tanknology Canada Inc. for tank testing and calibration.

SITE ASSESMENT AND REMEDIATION (SAR)

EnGlobe’s SAR business unit, comprised of its subsidiaries Biogénie and Celtic Technologies, specializes in environmental contracting, off-site treatment and recycling of contaminated soil, and the remediation of contaminated or degraded sites. Operating locations are found in Canada, the United States, France and the United Kingdom, including 14 off-site soil treatment facilities: 11 in Canada, 2 in the United Kingdom and 1 in France.

ORGANIC WASTE MANAGEMENT (OWM)

EnGlobe’s OWM business unit, represented by its subsidiary GSI Environnement, provides environmental services such as composting, direct land application, land reclamation and biomass cogeneration, in addition to commercialising eco-products, in both bulk and bags. Operating locations in Quebec include several composting and transfer facilities. Almost one million metric tons of organic waste are treated annually through various beneficial reuse outlets.

TANK TESTING AND CALIBRATION

Tanknology Canada is the tank testing and calibration business unit of EnGlobe. Its services, which are provided across Canada, include storage tank and line precision leak testing and statistical inventory reconciliation, compliance testing, meter calibration, and facility compliance, as well as tank system audits.
