Mr. André Héroux

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. André Héroux is President and Chief Executive Officer of EnGlobe. Before joining our Company, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Investments, Mid-Size Business for the Caisse de dépot et placement du Québec. Prior to this, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MAAX Corporation, a leading manufacturer of bathroom and spa products. Throughout his career, mainly within the manufacturing sector, Mr. Héroux has acquired solid knowledge of the financial and operational concerns of companies facing the challenges of growth and globalization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke, obtained at the Royal Military College Saint-Jean.

Ms. Aline Bélanger

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Aline Bélanger is Chief Financial Officer of EnGlobe. Prior to joining EnGlobe, Ms. Bélanger served as Vice President of Finance for Avestor Limited Partnership, a manufacturer of lithium-metal-polymer batteries. Prior to that she held executive positions with CAE Inc., a high-technology manufacturing and training solutions provider, Ernst & Young, and PricewaterhouseCoopers’ tax practice. She is an active member of Montreal’s business community and charitable organizations, through her board and committee memberships. Ms. Bélanger is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from the Edinburgh School of Business in Scotland.

Mr. Brian Brunetti

Senior Vice President , Corporate Development

Mr. Brian Brunetti is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for EnGlobe and is responsible for leading all mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, new facility development and material growth opportunities in non-operating geographies. Mr. Brunetti formerly served as Vice President of Ontario and Western Canada for EnGlobe’s organic waste management business unit. Prior to joining EnGlobe, Mr. Brunetti served as Director of Operations for a private environmental consulting firm specializing in the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites and hazardous materials. Mr. Brunetti holds an engineering and management degree from McMaster University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.

Mr. Georges Szaraz

Senior Vice President , Organic Waste Management

Mr. Georges Szaraz is Senior Vice President, Organic Waste Management (OWM) and is responsible for this business unit’s operations and development. Prior to joining our Company, he served as General Manager for the Montréal office of Biogénie where his functions entailed human and material resource management, business development, quality control, as well as technical and administrative support. Mr. Szaraz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Rural Engineering and a Master’s degree in Environmental Geotechnics.
