EnGlobe Corp. Announces Management Restructuring

Burlington, ON, March 25, 2008 - EnGlobe Corp. (TSX: EG), a leading international integrated environmental services company, announced today the departure of Mr. Pierre Filiatrault, Chief Operating Officer, Organic Waste Management.

“Pierre Filiatrault has led EnGlobe’s Organic Waste Management subsidiary for many years,” said Aline Bélanger, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. “We wish him well in his future endeavours.”

EnGlobe is pleased to announce that Mr. Georges Szaraz will be joining the Company as Senior Vice President, Organic Waste Management. Mr. Szaraz brings more than 15 years of experience focused on business development and operational execution primarily in environmental services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Master’s degree in Environmental Geotechnics from McGill University. He is also a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.

“We are excited to have Georges join the EnGlobe team and are confident that his industry experience and focus on operational excellence will lead to enhanced profitability and growth for the Organic Waste Management business,” said Aline Bélanger. “We believe Georges is a great addition to our talented, experienced and dedicated management team.”

In addition to Mr. Szaraz joining the Company, EnGlobe also announced today that Mr. Brian Brunetti has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. As part of these management changes, Mr. Jean-Luc Sansregret, currently Chief Operating Officer, Site Assessment and Remediation, will now hold the title of Senior Vice President, Site Assessment and Remediation.
