EnGlobe Corp. Extends Annual General Meeting Date

ENGLOBE CORP.  EXTENDS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE

BURLINGTON, ON – April 17, 2009 - EnGlobe Corp. (“EnGlobe” or the “Corporation”) (TSX: EG), announced today the annual general meeting of its shareholders, scheduled for May 8, 2009 will be postponed until May 22, 2009.. 
   

The Corporation has decided to postpone the annual general meeting of the shareholders for administrative purposes, including allowing the Corporation time to finalize the details of standard materials for the meeting and to mail the standard materials to shareholders for review in advance of the meeting. Management of the Corporation and the Corporation’s Board of Directors have determined it is in the best interest of shareholders to postpone the meeting and are working to expedite this process.
