Englobe is delighted to announce the appointment of two new Senior Vice-Presidents.  

 

Peter Allaby, recently appointed Senior Vice-President for Ontario and Atlantic Canada, brings 15 years’ experience in engineering consulting to this new role, as well as tremendous technical skill gained through multiple leadership, project management, and specialized technical roles. A highly respected team player with an extensive network of contacts and industry partners, Peter has always worked tirelessly to serve his clients’ needs, deliver quality products, build new markets, and protect the health and safety of his team members. Having led a diverse team of over 200 Englobe technical professionals in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador for the past 2 years, he will now welcome over 400 Englobe team members in Ontario as well. 

 

Brian Decoste brings over 30 years of experience in engineering and construction to his expanded mandate as Senior Vice-President, West and Business Development. In this role, he will work with our teams in Western Canada to deliver value and expertise to clients and communities and assist in growing the Englobe brand to new markets. Brian will also lead Englobe’s national business development strategy and work to optimize our service offering. 

 

Peter and Brian will work closely with François Santerre, who will take on an expanded role as Senior Vice-President, Québec, consolidating the Québec team. He will now lead a team of over 1,500 engaged professionals and specialized technicians who deliver solid leadership across major infrastructure, engineering and environmental projects throughout Quebec. A seasoned engineer with a passion for business and continuous improvement, François is a true builder who champions a culture of training and ongoing talent development to generate true human, technical and financial value for his clients and partners. In addition, François’ expanded role also enables all Englobe Professional Services team members in Québec to come together under a single leader for the first time. 

 

Their appointments, which showcase the expertise and experience of these long-time leaders, will enable Englobe to continue serving its clients and communities with excellence and dedication. By providing strong leadership across our major regions of practice, we’re reiterating our commitment to building a sustainable legacy – one project at a time.
