Englobe to acquire Ontario-based Crozier
The new partnership strengthens Englobe's multidisciplinary engineering capabilities and expands support for land development and transportation projects.
LAVAL (Québec) October 1, 2026 — Englobe is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to acquire C.F. Crozier & Associates Inc. (Crozier), a highly regarded Ontario-based multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm specializing in land development, transportation and related infrastructure.
The addition of Crozier strengthens Englobe’s civil, land development, and transportation engineering capabilities in Ontario while adding 200 professionals across five offices in Toronto, Collingwood, Burlington, Bradford, and Guelph. Since its inception in 2004, Crozier has contributed to over 10,000 development projects across Ontario.
A trusted partner in land development
Crozier has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor to owners and developers across southern Ontario, advancing projects in residential, commercial, and industrial and other key industry markets. The company is widely recognized for its practical, solutions-focused approach, and expertise in guiding projects from early feasibility and approvals through design and construction.
Crozier's multidisciplinary team offers expertise in land development, transportation engineering, water resources, construction services, structural engineering, and related infrastructure disciplines. As lead consultant, Crozier helps clients navigate approvals, coordinate multiple disciplines, and successfully move projects from concept to completion.
This new partnership reflects Englobe’s continued commitment to building a stronger multidisciplinary platform able to meet clients' evolving needs in Ontario and across Canada. This comes at a critical time, as investments in Canadian development and infrastructure projects are accelerating in both the public and private sectors.

Leadership commentary
"Increasingly, clients are looking for multidisciplinary teams that can provide coordinated support across multiple stages of the project lifecycle,” said Mike Cormier, President of Englobe. “By combining Crozier’s strong land development expertise and reputation as a trusted advisor to private-sector clients with Englobe’s broader engineering and environmental services, national footprint, and public-sector experience, we are better positioned to help clients navigate an increasingly complex and evolving landscape.”
I’m incredibly proud of what our team has built over more than two decades, and even more excited about what lies ahead. Joining the Englobe platform creates new opportunities for Crozier to grow, evolve, and build on the strong foundation that has brought us this far.
Chris Crozier, Founder and CEO of Crozier.
“Demand for housing, infrastructure renewal, transportation improvements, and community development projects is increasing right across the country. This partnership positions both Englobe and Crozier to provide broader multidisciplinary support for our clients as we work together to shape the future of our communities," said Nick Mocan, President of Crozier.
Following the close of the transaction, Crozier’s clients will continue to work with the teams and trusted advisors they know, with access to a broader range of engineering expertise through Englobe’s national platform.
