Backed by her team of 45+ specialists in human resources, communications, and marketing, Marie-France Lavallée supports Englobe’s strategic vision and growth while motivating and engaging the company’s nearly 4,000 team members in Canada. She has also developed talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and incentivization strategies that centre on the Englobe team member experience and bolster the company’s standing as an employer and service provider of choice. 

Marie-France Lavallée’s professional journey includes executive positions at Rio Tinto from 2008 to 2016, as well as a stint at SNC-Lavalin Infrastructure Construction as VP of Human Resources. She was appointed to her current position in November 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Université Laval in Quebec City.
