Peter Allaby, SVP at Englobe, leads operations in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. With over 20 years of experience, he drives performance, growth and client service excellence. He oversees more than 1,200 professionals and fosters strong partnerships while ensuring quality, safety and the development of new markets across the organization.
Peter Allaby brings over 20 years’ experience in engineering consulting to this role, as well as tremendous technical skill gained through multiple leadership, project management, and specialized technical roles.
A highly-respected leader and team player with an extensive network of contacts and industry partners, Peter Allaby has always worked tirelessly to serve his clients’ needs, deliver quality products, build new markets, and protect the health and safety of his team members. Since 2023, Peter has led operations for Englobe’s Ontario and Atlantic regions, now comprising a diverse team of over 1,200 technical professionals and including new partner firms GWAL, LRL, Cambium, and BESTECH.
Peter Allaby holds a Bachelor of Science – Civil Engineering and Diploma in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of New Brunswick and a Master’s in Applied Science from the University of Waterloo (Ontario). He is a member of Professional Engineering Ontario (PEO) and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB). He is also a Past-President of the Association of Engineering Consulting Companies of New Brunswick (ACEC-NB).
